Public question time
Use our online Public Question Time Form to ask Council a question. Questions must be submitted by 9am, the business day before the Council Meeting.
Questions that comply with Council's Brimbank Governance Rules (PDF, 826KB) will be read out and answered at the Council Meeting.

Petitions
You can submit a petition to the Council in writing. The petition must contain the names, addresses and handwritten original signatures of at least 12 people. Chapter 2, Division 9 of the Governance Rules describes the process.
